Mr. Tyson began his career in real estate property management in 1999, working for Kamson Corporation out of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He broke barriers by being the first African American manager of the company. During his tenure with Kamson Corporation as regional property manager, He went from site manager to regional manager in less than three years due to his ability to increase the occupancy rate from 75% to 100% and was recognized for his achievements by being promoted to regional manager, where he managed over 900 units of market-rate apartments and condominiums in the northeast region of New Jersey. 

Mr. Tyson is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.

His certifications include Business and Management Courses, Leasing Consultant Development, Asbestos Operation and Maintenance Training, Mold Operation and Maintenance Training, Lead Operation and Maintenance Training, Hi-Rise Experience, Multi-Million Dollar Rehab Experience, Section 8 / HUD / Tax Credit Experience. Knowledge of property management software, which includes rent roll, MRI, IBS, and yardi experience.
