Trena Tyson, the second half of JIUS Enterprises, LLC buys, sells, renovates, and manages real estate in the Atlanta, GA, and Baltimore, MD areas. Created in 2008, JIUS Enterprises, LLC, is a residential investment real estate company based in Douglasville, Ga. providing housing for low-income Atlanta-area residents. JIUS Enterprises LLC has been in business for 16 years and they focus on providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction.

As a proactive leader, Trena guides her team to achieve established goals while directly participating in business negotiations and transactions of significant financial impact. She played a pivotal role in bringing in $15 million to Citizens Trust Bank, where she helped to establish and maintain excellent banking relationships.

Providing stability through housing, one of life’s basic needs, has been the catalyst that continues to fuel her passion. She has helped her husband Daryll to grow the business from a single-family home to over 40 properties.

The vast majority of their real estate properties afford suitable housing for participants of the Atlanta Housing Authority program. One property in particular is used by the Atlanta University Center as student housing. Through their efforts, the revitalization of low-income sections of Atlanta has paved a path of positive impact in the communities they serve. From that success, JIUS Enterprises has grown in worth and purpose.

She is also a valued member of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association and the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Daryll have now started a second company as consultants to others wishing to provide low-income housing. They have also widened their reach out-of-state into housing projects in New Jersey, working to provide transitional housing for recently released parolees and our nation’s veterans.
